Micronutrients: the small numbers that decide yield
The law of the minimum is unglamorous but unforgiving: a crop grows only as well as its most limiting nutrient allows. When that nutrient is a micronutrient measured in fractions of a percent, the gap between a good season and a great one can be very small — and very cheap to close.
Know the usual suspects
Iron, manganese, zinc and boron are the micronutrients most often limiting in calcareous and high-pH soils. Symptoms overlap, so tissue and soil testing beats guesswork.
Correct, then prevent
An acute deficiency calls for a fast, available corrector — chelated or complexed for reliable uptake. Once corrected, a preventive programme keeps heavy-consuming crops from sliding back. The right form matters as much as the right element.
Our MicroRaiz range is built around exactly this logic: single-element correctors for precision, plus combinations for broader maintenance.
